Accommodation
Cosy holiday cottage in West Looe, boasting far-reaching ocean and river views over Looe harbour, East Looe beach and Banjo Pier. Set over three floors, this two-bedroom cottage is perfect for up to 4 guests (with travel cot provided for younger guests).
Ground floor:
Open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner & garden patio with private bbq area. Fully equipped kitchen includes oven, hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine and all the pots/pans/utensils you would expect.
Middle floor:
Twin/super king-size bedroom (the bed(s) can be arranged either as two twin beds or one super king-size bed). Bed guards and children’s bedding are available on request. Please let us know your preferred bedroom set-up when booking.
Bathroom:
Spacious family bathroom, with bathtub and power shower over. Towels and welcome toiletries are provided. For our younger guests we provide a stool, potty and toilet seat.
Top floor:
King-size master bedroom with stunning sea views from the balcony.
Parking
Free parking is provided for the duration of your stay in a designated private parking spot 2 minutes walk from the cottage.
There is a Drop Off/Pick up point behind the property for smooth arrivals and departures.
In addition free but limited parking is available at Princes Square West Looe or Marine Drive at Hannafore, just a short walk away.

Access
As with any good view in Looe, the cottage is located on a hillside above the harbour. Please note that there are roughly 60 steps between the cottage and West Looe centre and it is therefore not recommended for prams, wheelchairs or anyone who struggles to climb steps.
There is a Drop Off/Pick up point behind the property for smooth arrivals and departures.
Children
Access to the property is up the Chapel Ground hill which may be unsuitable for prams, but perfectly accessible if baby wearing or using a collapsible pushchair.
We provide many of the necessities when travelling with young children to save you having to bring everything along.

Dogs
Four legged friends are more than welcome. Looe is a very dog friendly town with most of the shops and pubs very accessible.
The beach at West Looe is dog friendly and there are many great walks in local area.
We provide water bowls, and a towel. There is a small enclosed private courtyard to the rear and an open grassed area behind the house.
Please keep your dogs on the ground floor.
Things To Do
A few steps from the cottage you will find a shopping parade with grocery stores, cafes, a , a Michelin-listed restaurant and the water taxi to East Looe. The town’s oldest pub (The Jolly Sailor) is located at the foot of Chapel Ground steps, just a few minutes’ walk (or stumble!) from the cottage. For beach lovers, Looe offers a choice between the popular East Looe family beach, and the peaceful Hannafore beaches – perfect for rockpooling, dog-walking, and with scenic views across to Looe Island.
